A few earthquakes are here reported with the originally stated magnitudes, which were later downgraded... There is at present a remarkable inconsistency in the reporting in that the data are rather soon changed in many cases. One or two double quakes become single quakes and a later downgrading may take them below 6.0 magnitude. Either there is some confusion in the reporting or a tendency to make the reporting look less alarming than it really is... A maybe more reliable overview is Earthquake-Report.
*The most noticeable areas are: The “fire ring” around the Pacific, at present especially Peru and Northern Chile; every now and then a big one at the Vanuatu Island and in the South Atlantic and then minor but, when they come, very many in swarms at Puerto Rico. The latter I relate to the HAARP installation there and that the swarms are actually a kind of “recoils” when HAARP is strongly active. Occasionally similar swarms in southern Alaska that could be related to another HAARP installation there.
