Reincarnation: A Critical Examination
by Paul Edwards
Edition: Paperback
    Price: $23.00

Read this review of one of the most naïve books ever written on the subject:

Review Written by
Julio C. S. Barros, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

In Free Inquiry, Edwards wrote: "There is no God, there is no life after death, Jesus was a man, and, perhaps most important, the influence of religion is by and large bad."

He was born 1923 and died 2004 – so now he will know the truth...

A sharp citique of the book was written by Almeder:
"A Critique of Arguments Offered Against Reincarnation", Journal of Scientific Exploration, Vol. 11, No. 4, 1997, pp. 499-526.
In the same issue of the journal there is an equally critical book review by James G. Matlock on pp. 570-573.

A part of the article by Almeder can be found here, with interlaced Portuguese translations (arranged in a way that makes it difficult to read).
