Did Raël
meet Anunnaki?

Claude Maurice Marcel Vorilhon calls
himself
Raël and claims to have been chosen by extraterrestrials in an encounter in
1973 to bring their message to the world. He then founded a sectarian movement
called
Raëlism and wrote several books about the “message” and the Raëlian
“religion.” In the 80es, I once saw a notice about a lecture he was going to
give about this in Zürich. I did not go to the lecture but found two books by
him in a bookshop that I bought out of mere curiosity and still keep in the
“poison cabinet” of my library. One is called The Message Given To Me By
Extra-Terrestrials, to day available under a new title
Intelligent Design (cf. this
critique). I have only scanned through the book a bit and do not want to
insult my intellect through reading it thoroughly. The following discussion only
picks some of the items out from the book.
While
researching a bit about the Mesopotamian texts and the Anunnaki, it came to my
mind that there could possibly be a bit of a connection here.
Let us for the sake of
discussion assume that Vorilhon really did meet extraterrestrials and not just
invented the story, reading about them is quite revealing concerning the lack of
real morality in their message. They would, according to what they tell, most
probably be Anunnaki. One reason for this impression is that they deny the
existence of a Creator God and of a human soul, quite like the Anunnaki in their
way did something comparable in the far back past in declaring the Creators to be
dead*. “It is
necessary for people to understand that there is no ethereal ‘God’, but only
people who created other people in their image.”
About their own origin, they say,
“For we were also created by other people, who have
since disappeared. Their world has quite certainly disintegrated, but thanks to
them, we were able to continue in their steps and create you.”
If they would be able to stretch their minds a little bit further and try to
research their true origin (which they apparently do not want to do, maybe for
fear of what they would find), the logical conclusion they would arrive at could
only be an original creator at the beginning of it all. Talking about the soul,
“… if
one can imagine an immortal soul escaping from the body after death … one cannot
imagine where it would go, given that the universe is infinite”
is a remarkable contradiction and a logical somersault! In an infinite universe,
there will be no limit to possibilities of where it could go! Maybe they are
simply unaware of still higher dimensions than their own, or maybe they just
want their people to believe so for political reasons.
If
I had met them, I would have been less credulous and asked them critical
questions. But in these days few persons were aware of the fact that there are
various extraterrestrials and that one by no means can trust them all…
A leader of a group of these
extraterrestrials that calls themselves the
“Council
of the Eternals” presented himself to Vorilhon under the name “Yahweh” – and a moment later he says that he is also
called Allah… Their philosophy (or what you may like to call it) is purely
materialistic, completely lacking spirituality. Their “god” is nothing else than
science.
They claim that they secretly
helped Jesus perform miracles:
“He continued to heal the
sick with the help of the creators
[that
these ETs claim to be]
who directed concentrated beams from a distance … And he did the same for a man
who was completely paralyzed. The operation was carried out from a distance
using a concentrated ray, something like a laser, which burns only one spot
through several layers.”
Their concept of
love is a bit strange:
“The
people who will not be able to prove their intelligence will not survive. Humans
have almost proved that they are worthy of being recognized by their creators as
their equals. They lack only ... a little love. Love for each other, and particularly for their
creators.”

They advocate a
political system they call geniocracy:
“When individuals reach a
responsible age, their intellectual coefficient can be measured and included on
their identity or voter’s card. Only those with an intellectual capacity of at
least fifty per cent above the average should be eligible for a public post. To
vote, individuals would need an intellectual coefficient of at least ten per
cent above average… Therefore, right from the start, the right to vote should be
reserved for those people whose brains are more suited to thinking and finding
solutions to problems - that is to say, an elite group of high intelligence.
This does not necessarily mean those people who have done the most studying. We
are talking about placing the genius in power, and you may call that
‘Geniocracy’.”
A cold intellectual rule by the minds of those who are considered clever
enough to serve the system, and not by their hearts... The rule that is needed
is by open-minded empathy and love!
“There
is no criminality where we live, thus no prisons and no police. However, there
are many doctors and regular medical visits for the mind. Those who show the
slightest sign of psychological imbalance that could threaten the life or
liberty of others are immediately given treatment in order to bring them back to
normal.”
This quite clearly includes that those who dare to think for themselves and have
other ideas than the rulers are “corrected” by means of whatever “therapy.”**
Knowledge is injected:
“We can transmit
information by the injection of brain memory matter, thus our children have
almost no work to do. They regularly undergo injections of brain matter taken
from people possessing the information necessary for instruction.”
Beyond doubt only chosen, permitted and distorted “knowledge” about what one
should believe is true. A pharmacologicical dictatorship!
Vorilhon was
allegedly taken to a space station where a very large number of these ETs live.
Maybe he really was, or maybe he was simply subject to a holographic illusion.
In any case, he saw people there being served by “robots”, who even function as
sex partners:
“In
addition, men who wish to have one or more companions outside the relationships
of equality that exist between eternal men and women, or who do not want to live
with a woman on an equal basis, may have one or more totally submissive
biological robot women with the exact appearance that is desired. The same goes
for women, who can have one or several totally submissive biological robot men.”
A brothel society without the love that makes sexuality real… What they call
“robots” seems to be biological zombies deprived of own will and real
feelings…
Vorilhon was
given a demonstration of some kind of a huge machine that allegedly produces
such beings:
“One of
the robots came towards me, and with the help of a small device similar to a
syringe, pricked my forehead so lightly that I hardly felt it. Then he inserted
the syringe in the enormous machine and touched other parts of it. Again an
entity was formed before my eyes. As the skin covered the flesh, I saw another
‘me’ take shape, little by little. Indeed, the being that emerged from the
machine was an exact replica of myself. … We could now send the other you back
to Earth, and people would not notice a thing. But we are going to destroy this
replica immediately, for it is of no use to us.”
If this is really real (however fantastic it certainly appears to be), it raises
the question: Was this replica truly destroyed, or was Vorilhon replaced by
it and his double returned to the Earth?
These ETs stated
new commandments. One should think of these “Elohim” every day (feeding them
with devotional energies…) and
“those who act against the
Guide of Guides [Vorilhon]
and try to prevent him carrying out his mission, or who go along with him in
order to spread strife amongst those who follow him, they will also see their
life become hell. Without any obvious influence coming from above, they will
know why disease, family and professional difficulties, emotional woes and other
problems will all invade their earthly existence while they await their eternal
punishment.”
Could a threat be more evil?
They do criticize people who “just follow orders”, like Nazi war criminals. By
their own words, we are, therefore, free to not follow their orders!
Unless we are really convinced that it is the right thing to do – and they may
“convince” us with their “injected ‘knowledge’”…
What is alarming here is that these things resemble various attempts of the New
World Order to control and manipulate humanity, their minds and their thinking –
even in new ways to control the education of children that have certain
zombiefying aspects… also in new “liberal” views on sexuality being
indoctrinated to schoolchildren already at an early age. See the now evolving
“common core” education in the USA.
The peak of
absurdity is stated by this “Yahweh” when guiding Vorilhon around the space
station:
“In this
machine are kept the cells of malevolent people who will be recreated to be
judged when the time comes. They are cells from those on Earth who preached
violence, wickedness, aggressiveness and obscurantism. Despite having in their
possession all the elements to understand where they came from, these people did
not have the sense to recognize the truth. They will be recreated to undergo the
punishment they deserve, after being judged by those whom they made to suffer or
by their ancestors or descendants.”
How utterly meaningless to for the mere sake of revenge recreate a
copy (and that is all that it would be) of an evildoer and punish it in a
farcical show trial. What would that change? What is done is done and cannot be
reversed, and if not recreated, such a person could never be in the position to
do such a thing again… But since they do not want us to know about karma and
reincarnation of the human soul in another body, they will have to give
us such a fantastic materialistic idea... and thus make their own karma, only in
a very different time scale.
It is stated that Raphael
(generally considered to be an archangel) would be
“one of the creators’ robots.” Still under the hypothesis of the possibility that the encounter
really occurred and that this is not merely invention or illusion, this would
mean that these self-alleged “creators” (who claim to be Elohim) would have
manufactured Raphael. The word Hebrew word Raph or Reph is usually
understood as “to heal”, but can also mean “mend, repair” or in a wider
sense “put together, assemble”, suggesting an understanding of of
manufacturing something. The Rephaim or Raphaim were an
ancient race of
“giants” that had survived the deluge, i.e., they were
Nephilim, descendents of
the Anakim (“sons of Anak”),
which word in the Bible quite obviously refers to Anunnaki. This might cast some
more light on what kind of guys these ETs are...

The first Anunnaki “killed” the original creator pair Apsu and Tiamat. It is, of
course, impossible to kill the original creators! The true meaning will be that
they turned their backs to them and lived on as if the would no more exist.
